Refund policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase from Creadland.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 consecutive days after receiving it with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund in such cases.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

All of our products are created individually for your order, using print-on-demand technology and specially for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or free exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size or color selection by the customer
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Wrong shipping address provided by the customer
  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Customer hereby agrees that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, 

therefore Creadland reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
