Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing time: 2–7 business days

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates (Free Shipping)

All orders placed on Creadland include free standard shipping.

  • There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

  • Free shipping applies to all eligible orders and destinations unless otherwise stated.

Please note that free shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Delays

Creadland is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Weather conditions
  • Events outside of our control

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any supporting photos (if applicable). We will do our best to assist you.
